“Update after a week: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Nothing has been done at all, their corporate agents are lying and pretending to care about the issue. Their response below is of course complete BS, they did not act in any way. Do your research, LifeStance is awful on all fronts - this is a DOCUMENTED statement with consensus among several INDEPENDENT evaluation agencies. They are going through multiple lawsuits as you read this. All other reviews here are probably fake bots. Go look them up instead. Cheers and stay safe - lots of vile people out there in the wild trying to take advantage of folks in need, targeting people at their lowest - truly DISGUSTING behavior. BBB rating F makes sense now. Utterly incompetent. Out of 3 specialists I saw: Amanda Carmean was late, forgot to schedule a session, went full ego defensive when mentioned and terminated session I paid for 40 minutes early. Bernadette Momoh had me and my partner over for an abusive situation deescalation (I showed photographs of physical assault), asked me to leave the room to discuss me in private with the aggressor. When I came back she spent the remainder of the session trying to convince me to start antipsychotics and mood stabilizers. Knowing nothing of me besides what my abuser told her. Great diagnostics skills (not). I reported both to corporate and legal - hope they lose their jobs ASAP and stop hurting their clients. The third one was okay, I guess there is a 33.3% chance you get someone sane when you try LifeStance.”
