“Today, I found the most amazing psychiatrist ever. He listened. He asked questions. He worked with me. He spoke to me like I'm a person. That matters. Dr. Nick is by far my favorite doctor in a long history of doctors. Very approachable, professional, and very calming.”

“I had my first appt with Kristin Maloney and she cancelled the same day. No other openings for her were suggested. Was told I would get a call back but never did. Called back a week later was told there was no in person openings for anyone else, just a virtual appt a month later. Not very professional or many options.”

“Update: I left. Company is unreasonable to deal with. You can disregard my earlier review that follows. I don’t really know anything about them. What I do know is that my psychiatrist left her practice to join LifeStance. So in my book they’re excellent. Why? Because Dr. Figgs is awesome. Unlike others in her profession, she actually converses with you during your appointment. So, of course I followed her. She’s not sitting there charting away during our appointments. You see, the medical system has become so ridiculous, that the “overseers,” whoever the hell they are, require medical professionals to spend more time charting their patient “encounters” then spending real time with their patients. That’s why you see your doctors type, type, typing away with their backs turned toward you and speaking over their shoulders. But, I digress. Since working with Dr. Figgs I have experienced major improvements in my mental health, as well as my over life. Wherever she goes, I’m going. Now, if I could only show up for my appointments after receiving a week’s worth of notifications. My mental health may have improved, but my mindfulness…well, that’s another issue. I’ve attached photos of their lobby. Not because I like it. My wife and I own a medical practice and I took the photos to compare “waiting” rooms. Sorry LifeStance. Ours is better.
