“They have been in the process of updating telehealth appointments right now and it has been a nightmare beyond imagination to get a zoom telehealth visit lately. Very disappointed 😞 in this new system, especially at the point where they ask for you to edit your name before the appointment with no explanation on how to edit, etc. They already know my name. I might get new provider at this point through Highmark. Not happy at all!”

“I chose this place because they had great reviews but my experience isn't the same. I tried two different therapist's, one who I just didn't jive with because I need solutions not just to vent. I felt pressured with the second one because she really wanted virtual and I can't do virtual due to my situation. She called me prior to appointments to ask if I could switch to virtual knowing I had said it won't work for me. After this, I decided to cancel the rest of my therapy appointments. Their cancellation policy is really strict and I understand that but things happen sometimes. I'm not a victim of the policy but someone else I know is and is stuck with an $85 fee 😳 positive: People on the phones are nice and my medication management nurse is great.”
