“If I could give zero stars I would. I followed my therapist here from a previous practice, and the intake folks confirmed that my insurance was accepted. This practice has been billing my insurance, and my insurance has been paying since APRIL. Now I'm being told that I can't see my therapist because of some mistake with intake, and the insurance coverage that my therapist accepts. I called the office, spoke to their office manager, Kathy, who told me she'd call me within 2 days to follow up and "see what she could do". Fast forward, I called today, and was told she'd call me back. 3 hours later, I called again, and she instructed my therapist to reach out directly to tell me that I can't see her for our appointments anymore. Their office manager, Kathy, never reached back out to me personally to address this. I am honestly completely devastated. It is so unfair for a practice to pull the rug out like this because of a mistake they made in their office. They offered to place me with another therapist but honestly the trust is broken there. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant, and was seeing a therapist that I loved, and who specialized in maternal and post-partum care. To me, she is irreplaceable. They've lost a client. I would not recommend scheduling here. I've been bamboozled, and am now left feeling completely alienated by a place that is supposed to have the clients best interests in mind.”
